Have you ever hit a point where you realize that you need to make a change? I did. I realized that I was working at such an unsustainable pace, developing terrible habits, and struggling in the area of performing basic human functions that I had to do something different. I noticed other people struggling with the same things I did: working endlessly, striving for more at an unhealthy rate, imbalance.

I thought that if I could just identify steps to take toward working less, I could put together a program I could follow as I developed it and it could help others too. Then I realized that I took the challenge of not working so much and I turned it into developing a program and writing a book. While on this endeavor to “cure” myself, I had essentially turned it into work… which technically means I’m still broken.

When I wrote this book, “Workaholic?” I put together 12-steps that act as a guide for working less, enjoying life more and still getting things done. I share some humorous stories such as how I knew I needed to make a change when I woke up next to an empty can of tuna that had been my dinner the night before as I worked until I fell asleep at my laptop or the day I filled out an application to hire a nanny as a grown adult because I felt like I wasn’t taking care of myself very well and I wasn’t sure what to do.

While struggling with basic things like eating meals at regular times, insomnia, opening mail in a reasonable timeframe, and not running myself into the ground health-wise, I’ll share the moment I realized there is more to life than just work. If you find yourself working too much, feel like you have developed some unhealthy habits, or just want some tips for being more efficient with work so you can enjoy life more, then this book is for you.

Don’t worry, this book is a short, pocket-sized guide that you can quickly read and reference easily. Get your copy today and begin to discover ways that you can work less and enjoy life more!
