adult-brainstorming-business-515167Being busy or proactive doesn’t always lead to productivity.  You can be busy without being productive, and on the other hand you can be highly productive while still having plenty of time for other things.  It is essential to assess your own work and make sure that the effort you’re expending is going into work that’s proactive, and more importantly, productive.  It is also important to think about your goals.  When you think about your next goal, think about the incremental steps you need to accomplish that goal.  The best way to start being more productive is to start taking a step back.
