Every entrepreneur encounters challenges, but building your business isn’t always the biggest challenge – especially for female entrepreneurs. Female entrepreneurs, whose business is in a male-driven industry, face additional obstacles. For example, my own personal motivation was never to be the best female consultant. I was determined to simply be the best regardless of gender. I faced this obstacle by trusting myself, putting in the time and effort, learning as much as I can, and knowing my business. At the end of the day, knowledge builds confidence, confidence builds trust, and trust builds business.
