– Ahmad, ScrumMaster
“I liked it and will recommend anyone who wants to know more about Scrum to join.”
– Ruangyot, Front end Developer
“I think I see a more clear picture from the case study example to adapt with my team in our organization.”
– Jarupat, Application Analyst
“This class will give you an idea of what Agile means and what you can apply in your real life, not only work.”
– Natika, Senior Project Manager
I am excited to give the closing keynote at the Agile Tour Bangkok 2017 Conference on November 17, 2017. The conference theme is Business Agility – The Journey of The Genuine Digital Transformation.
I am presenting on “Ineffective Leadership”
In this presentation, I talk about 3 keys to ineffective leadership and how these techniques will be sure to bring out poor performance from those around you. In this juxtaposed presentation, we discuss what not to do and why it is so important to be an inspirational leader rather than an ineffective leader.
We also take a look at Personal Agility and how that can help you be more effective as a leader, gain clarity, and create alignment.
While Agile approaches have been yielding massive results in the IT and Software Development fields for decades, the application of Agile outside of IT and to other parts of the business including Agile Marketing can lead to better alignment, common terminology and can lead you toward truly having an Agile organization. While Agile has been becoming overly complicated over the last several years, it is time to get back to the essentials at the Heart of Agile to collaborate, deliver, reflect, and improve. In this keynote at the Scrum Day Portugal 2017 Event, Alistair Cockburn, co-author of the Agile Manifesto, and Maria Matarelli, co-founder of the Agile Marketing Academy, will share specific insights for how businesses can get back to real results and reach more customers through Marketing in the Heart of Agile.
Join Maria Matarelli in Bangkok, Thailand where she will be speaking about Personal Agility for the local community at the Agile Bangkok User Group.
