Learn How to Create an Agile Dialogue

You are probably familiar with the Agile approach and everything that it can do. We have seen hundreds of companies struggle with growth, either by trying to reach a point of sustainability or by being unable to push past a certain plateau.

Agile Marketing was created from years of study on the relationship between marketing and sales. Working directly with our clients, Agile Marketing consistently brings in more than 300% growth in revenue in short amounts of time and as much as 780% growth in one year. Are these numbers that would help your business?

We teach adaptive and highly focused marketing. Based on testing—if you don’t understand your customer, the needs of your customer, how to communicate or “hit their hot button”—then most of the market is missed, no matter who it is you’re trying to reach.

Incorporating Agile techniques has yielded incredible results in product development, software development, and across various other industries time and time again. To find out more, a trainer at the Agile Marketing Academy would love to speak with you.

If interested, book a time for an assessment with a Certified Agile Marketing Specialist and find out how adopting Agile Marketing to your inbound marketing strategy is essential to competing in today’s ever-changing, digital world.

A New Year, A Clear Plan for Success!

2016_blue_mouse

As we begin 2016, I am reminded of how important it is to start the year off with a clear plan on how you intend to actualize your goals. We started with a strategic planning session with my team. We retrospected on 2015 and what went well, not so well, and what should be done differently. We then put together a plan for achieving our goals in 2016. Personally, professionally, and otherwise, success comes after hard work, consistent planning, and serious accountability to yourself as well as others.

With January having nearly come and gone, it is time to evaluate what major initiatives are happening this year, and how on track you are to making things happen. When you break your yearly goals down into quarterly goals, monthly goals, and weekly goals, now you have a plan for how to achieve them and you can track to them.

With Agile approaches to business, no matter what industry you may be in, know that there are ways to create even more consistency in daily endeavors that deliver great results within your company. Learning how to streamline your workflow, shifting to being results focused, and most importantly, inspiring those around you to do the same–these are all invaluable components of a highly functioning team and organization. These are the components of success!

I’ve started to see this year begin to fill up fast! With speaking events, training classes, and a lot of exciting new things on the horizon, there are countless ways we continue to discover how to help others build a more Agile workspace and world overall.

Follow me and my team as we travel and make stops across the globe again this year. From Keynote presentations already booked from Portugal to Poland, as well as a closing Keynote presentation at the 2016 Orlando Global Scrum Gathering, know that there are exciting methods, madness, and amazing discoveries to be shared with an ever-growing audience.

If you’d like to learn more about how Agile is beginning to rapidly expand outside of IT into applications such as Marketing and beyond, follow the link below to see where you can begin this incredible journey.

Adventures in January 2016

By | Maria Matarelli, Travels | No Comments

A lot of great cities are on the travel list for January to kick off 2016.

9 cities across a few countries with 3 islands and a cruise.. There has been a trend in the last few years with more and more conferences being held on cruise ships. We host the Boardroom Cruise every year in the last week of January. This year, we leave out of Ft. Lauderdale and stop to visit Aruba, Grand Turk, and Curacao Islands. The cruise sells out each year, but we will have up the registration soon for 2017 – You are invited to join us!

I rather enjoy this conference on a cruise ship trend and I bet you will too!

Agile Marketing in the Caribbean

I had the privilege of speaking at a marketing event on a cruise ship to Cozumel, Mexico to a group of business owners from the Tampa Bay Business Owners group.

Tampa Bay Cruise Presentations

I spoke on Agile Marketing and this was one of the first formal presentations as we unveiled case studies of the incredible results we have seen our clients get when applying the Agile techniques to Marketing, the same techniques that we have seen such incredible results in product development and software development.

Maria Matarelli Agile Marketing Presentation

The coolest format of this trip is that we left out of the Tampa port and had a day at sea, then a day of excursions in Cozumel, Mexico, then another day at sea to return to Florida. On the days at sea, we had a line up of expert speakers and then the conversations while lounging on the beach were around application of these processes and strategies. I can’t think of much of a better way to hold a conference or event!!

Cruise Group in Cozumel

The view in Cozumel was just amazing!

There were so many great networking opportunities and so much learning of new strategies and techniques – all in one of the coolest environments!

We are heading on our next cruise in January 2016 – the Boardroom Cruise where we will be talking about more business strategies and marketing techniques! You won’t want to miss this!!

I had the honor of speaking at the Shanghai Scrum Gathering on the value of connecting with our customers and the importance of customer collaboration.

There were so many great conversations and I had the opportunity to talk with several Agilists about the Agile Advantage they see in their use of Agile and Scrum around the world.

I had the opportunity to interview several of the speakers and agile practitioners including Joe Justice, Keynote Speaker, Founder of Wikispeed, and Trainer at Scrum Inc.

The Shangri-La venue for the Gathering was incredible and people attended from all around the world.

Shangri-La Hotel in Shanghai

It was an incredible trip to Shanghai and a good refresher that the challenges we see in one location tend to be similar challenges around the world and the same good agile practices can combat those challenges to reach a level of continuous improvement and a level of higher performance.

Gotham City in Chicago

By | Maria Matarelli, Travels | No Comments

I just arrived back in Chicago after a week in Arizona.. (What a delight!! A whole week in one location!!)

It was one of those cool Gotham City-like nights. It’s always eerie when you can’t see the tops of buildings that you normally see. I’m sure Batman is out there somewhere.

What to do on a Saturday night with one day in Chicago after being on the road for a week and transitioning to another city in a day? Absolutely nothing. I ordered carryout seafood from Eddie V’s – to include a caesar salad, lobster bisque soup, and their ever-so-divine scallops, and it was dreamy.
